MA Urban Regeneration, Diploma in Creativity Theory, Philosophy & History

I bring a futures-oriented, regenerative lens to leadership and systems change. My work is grounded in philosophy, creativity, and regeneration — and in helping leaders rise above noise and polarisation to see their context with greater clarity, perspective, and possibility.

With a background in urban regeneration, large-scale programme leadership, and creative philosophy, I have worked across government, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments in the UK, New Zealand, Singapore, and beyond. These experiences shaped my understanding of how complex systems evolve — and how leadership decisions ripple across communities and generations.

I am the founder of Beyond the Static, a sanctuary for change-makers to connect, reset, and collaborate during periods of global uncertainty. I created this space in response to the fragmentation and overwhelm many leaders experience — offering a place to think clearly, reconnect with purpose, and act with intention.

I am also Co-Founder of Hearth Leadership, an executive education and advisory venture designed to bring regenerative thinking into the heart of organisational life. Through leadership salons, immersive experiences, and board-level engagements, Hearth supports leaders to transform friction into clarity and cultivate the conditions for wise, bold action in complex environments.

My strength lies in helping leaders divest from abstract or idealised narratives and re-enter reality with imagination, courage, and agency. I work with individuals and teams to move from reaction to authorship — from being shaped by circumstance to consciously shaping it.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to regenerative whole-systems living. I believe leadership must serve more than short-term performance; it must strengthen the health of humans, animals, communities, and the planet. For me, regeneration is not a metaphor — it is a responsibility. The systems we build should sustain life, not deplete it.

professional philosophy

I work at the intersection of systems transformation, leadership, and purposeful change.

My professional journey has spanned public sector programme leadership, international advisory work, and founder-led initiatives grounded in systems transformation and purpose-driven impact. I began my career in London, managing complex regeneration and infrastructure programmes across local and national government, including key worker housing initiatives and large-scale education planning and procurement processes. This work developed my capacity for systems coordination, stakeholder engagement, and navigating high-accountability environments.

From 2013 to 2022, working across Auckland and Singapore, I led multidisciplinary teams supporting a diverse range of organisations to launch, grow, and strengthen their strategic foundations. My focus was on helping leaders clarify direction, align internal capability, and build structures that enabled sustainable growth rather than reactive expansion.

In 2023, I founded Beyond the Static to create a focused space for purpose-driven leaders to rise above noise and fragmentation, reconnect with clarity, and collaborate meaningfully. This initiative reflects my belief that thoughtful change requires intentional environments where alignment, reflection, and shared responsibility can take root.

I am now Co-Founder of Hearth Leadership, an executive leadership advisory studio created in response to the increasing complexity, volatility, and ethical pressure facing leaders today. Through structured leadership salons, executive immersions, and board-level interventions, we help organisations transform friction into clarity and cultivate the conditions for wise, bold action in complex systems.

Across all phases of my work, my core expertise lies in systems thinking, strategic programme design, leadership development, and creating the conditions for coherent, values-aligned action.
