WHAT'S INCLUDED
Every engagement begins with a 30-minute alignment call — a chance to understand where you are before we begin. Three 90-minute sessions follow, each preceded by a reflection prompt to help you arrive ready. Between sessions, your guide is a message away — present for the moments that matter, without replacing the depth of the sessions themselves. The Duo extends this to six sessions — three with Clare and three with Michelle — held across the same three months.
