Each cohort is carefully curated, bringing together senior leaders from across the globe — diverse in background, united in seriousness of purpose.

We are intentional about composition to ensure depth of dialogue, breadth of perspective, and a shared commitment to growth.

Participation extends beyond the 12 weeks — alumni remain part of the global Hearth network.

  • We recommend allocating approximately 2–3 hours per week, including:

    • Pre-recorded learning

    • Applied practice

    • Live Global Integration Session

    The structure is designed to create depth without overwhelming executive schedules.

  • All sessions are recorded.

    Questions can be submitted in advance, and integration remains accessible even if you are in a different time zone.

    The program is designed for leaders across the globe.

  • Is there a community element?

    Yes. The cohort model is central to the experience.

    You will engage with a curated global group of leaders committed to serious development, honest dialogue, and applied growth. Many describe the peer group as one of the most valuable elements of the program.

  • Yes. Many leaders receive full or partial reimbursement as part of executive development budgets.

  • Refund Policy

    Hearth is designed as a holistic, cohort-based journey. Because the experience is immersive and relational, we do not offer refunds once the program has begun.
