  • We've designed this for executive schedules. Plan for 2–3 hours per week: a pre-recorded module, some applied practice, and the live integration session. The structure is deliberately lean so the depth can be real.

  • Every session is recorded and available immediately after. You can submit questions in advance, and the learning remains fully accessible across time zones. Sessions run across Thursday and Friday at multiple times — missing one won't break the experience.

  • Most leadership development focuses on what you do. Hearth focuses on who you are when you do it. We strengthen the internal architecture beneath leadership: regulation, clarity under pressure, relational steadiness, and the capacity to sustain performance over time. It's not motivational. It's developmental.

  • Yes — and in fact, this is exactly what the program is built for. The Stabilise arc specifically addresses leaders navigating sustained complexity, high responsibility, and the edge of burnout.
